"Trae and I both absolutely love our State Farm Agent Andrew Wagner and his team here in the Lakeville area! Today I had spoken with Matt Ericson and it was so very easy to update our insurance policies for one of our cars! It always is very easy to do business with the team at this particular location and it feels more like calling up friends to discuss an important matter instead of calling strangers and trying to trust people without knowing them. They are based on honesty and keep integrity as part of their business. If there is something that may help a client in a better way, they are not shy in sharing the information. So it's complete transparency in dealing with them and knowing that everything is taken care of even when life gets extremely busy. I would suggest this branch in their entirety to trust all of your insurance needs through!"

"I had a wonderful experience with Josh! I needed to transfer my current policy to a new account, and was able to do so within 24 hours with his help, despite another State Farm agency saying they couldn't help with my situation. He was very polite, patient and super helpful. He responded very quickly to any questions I had or updates I needed on my quote. When I wasn't entirely sure what something meant, he was able to explain things very thoroughly, without any attitude or condescension. I also greatly appreciated being able to contact him through text and email as well, and pleased to see the quick response for all forms of communication. Overall extremely satisfied and impressed, and will definitely continue working with Josh going forward! Highly recommend!"
